Cancellation Policy
Online Course Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Purpose This policy sets out the terms under which learners may cancel or reschedule their online course booking. It ensures fair practice and efficient scheduling while maintaining the integrity of our training delivery. 2. General Terms All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to our support or bookings team. The time of cancellation is determined by when written notice is received by our office, not when it is sent by the learner. This policy applies to all online courses, including live virtual sessions, webinars, and one-to-one coaching delivered via digital platforms. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling More than 24 hours’ notice: Learners who cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled course start time may rebook onto another available date at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued; however, a credit for the full course value will be applied to a future booking. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the course start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. The full course fee will be retained to cover administrative and tutor preparation costs. Failure to attend (no-show): Learners who do not attend the course without prior written notice will be deemed to have cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. No refund or rebooking option will be
